1. PAYMENT – PAYMENT POLICY
DO NOT SEND CASH.
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and the following major credit cards:
American Express, Discover, MasterCard. and Visa.
Be sure to indicate which credit card and the expiration date.
2. SALES TAX
New York Sales Tax: (8.25%)
3. C.O.D. ORDERS
An $8.00 fee for C.O.D. shipments will be assessed.
C.O.D. orders are by Cashiers Check or Money Order only.
NO personal checks, please.
4. PRICE CHANGES
All prices on this web site are subject to change without notice. Your use of our web site constitutes your agreement to abide by our price changes. Pricing errors or omissions are considered to be typographical errors and prices are ultimately set and determined by Max200
5. REFUNDS – SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied with any of our products or your Order, you may return them for a replacement or a refund. Simply go to your My Account on the web site and click on your Orders and follow the Return Item page. The item returned must be undamaged.
6. COLORS
All PVC equipment is decorated with colored tape unless you indicate otherwise. If you do not specify a color(s) on the order form, we will send whatever color we have available.
7. PAINTING
The color choices for any painted agility item include: Red, Yellow, Light Blue, Dark Blue, Light Green, Dark Green, Purple, or Teal. Yellow contact zones are generally recommended.
8. REPLACEMENT PARTS
If you need replacement parts or additional parts (such as extra dog walk pins, bolts. jump bars, etc.) for your equipment, we will be happy to help you. Please call for a price.
9. CANADA ORDERS
All check orders must be in US DOLLARS drawn on a US Bank Account. No personal checks or C.0.D’s please. American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa accepted. If you have questions on shipping charges, please call us for exact shipping or freight charges.
10. SHIPPING CHARGES – All Shipping Charges are Estimated until Time of Delivery
Most obstacles can be shipped UPS. However, planks and some of the large obstacles must be shipped via motor freight or must be picked up by the customer. See the description of the obstacle you are ordering for more information.
UPS shipping charges vary depending on the quantity and combination of items ordered. Some items may be shipped together and some items may take more than one package. Standard shipping charges for most small items are estimated for the contiguous 48 states. Standard shipping charges do not apply to large items. ( i.e. A-Frames, Dog Walks, etc) Please call for exact shipping charges on large items or if sending a check. If you purchase an item and the shipping estimate is higher or lower than actual shipping costs, we will contact you with the actual shipping costs. (Note that the items listed in this web site are listed by shipping weights and not the actual weight of the obstacles! The obstacles are lighter.)
11. DELIVERY TIME
Most obedience items ship within 24-48 hours – custom orders will take longer. As we make our agility equipment to order, most agility items ship within 3-4 weeks. Steel and aluminum agility items may take longer due to demand and depending on the time of year.

Please take notice of our Shipping Charges. Online shipping fees are strictly estimates. They could be higher or lower than posted online. We will use either UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service) to determine the best method and best fee for shipping your item. Some large items are freight weight and you will have to contact us for the exact shipping fee. Feel free to shop online and if you feel the shipping fee is excessive, please contact us. We will look for the best price offered to us to ship your items.
