Rolled Leather Martingale Collars are appropriate for training but are equally useful as an easy on/ easy off collar for everyday use.

Just like the standard Rolled Leather Collar, the Rolled Leather Martingale Collar is designed for dogs with long fur because the smooth, rolled design will not mat the fur. These collars are just as comfortable- and beautiful on a dog with short fur.

An Alternative to the nylon snap slip collar that you can order to be snug enough to stay tightly positioned up behind the dog’s ears.  It is a steel choke collar with a toggle and a ring. There is no need to add additional inches to be able to slide this collar over the dog’s head. They can be put on without slipping them over the dog’s head.  Easy to use, excellent quality steel chain, chrome plated.

Steel Slip Training Collar For years the chain slip or choke collar has been the most basic tool used in training. Ours are German made Herm Sprenger Co. and are the finest quality steel collars available. They come in four link weights and a variety of lengths to fit any size dog. 

As this collar must “slip” over the dog’s head, please be sure to add two or three inches to your dog’s neck measurement to order the correct collar length. Please specify length and weight when ordering.

Latigo leather is rolled, then stitched for a simple, comfortable collar with chrome-plated hardware for maximum wear. Four widths and a variety of lengths are available. Width is measured at the unrolled portion of the collar, the rolled portion is slightly narrower. Collars are measured from the middle of the buckle to the last hole so you may want to add an inch or two to the actual size of your dog’s neck, when ordering.

For that hard to handle dog, a prong collar provides the extra control needed to help training. This collar is more humane than a choke collar.
